Do You Really Know Who You Are?

"Genuine relationships, intentionally orchestrated by personally secure people, generate valuable rewards for everyone."

A close friend of mind is a classic INTROVERT. She's very kind, communicative, intelligent, confident and direct. She loves to read, learn, share, understand and lead like any strong business owner does.

I sent her a short article, recently. It shared a middle aged woman explaining how she used to look at her "introvertedness" as a weakness. Now her viewpoint has changed, and she sees being an introvert as a superpower!

I believe my friend may also view her quieter side as a weakness. So I forwarded the article to my friend and explained, "This is how I see you in all your introvertedness...strong, powerful and confident. You are a superpower!"

My friend responded to my note of encouragement...
"I can’t wait for the day you're reaching 1,000's of people like this, regularly! It’s not any less meaningful that you reached just 1 person, like me, today, but it’s a genuine wish from me to others to be able to receive the same gift. Made my day!"

Our goal is to experience guests taking action upon what they've learned about themselves. By doing this, we've seen the improved quality of life in everything they are currently experiencing. A few success summaries we've enjoyed...

As I shared with the students, fear sits at the root of many of our decisions. When we move through it, we discover freedom. Fearless choices open the door to living fully alive.

Everyone wants to feel uniquely desired . And often, we chase that by trying to become something—or someone—we’re not. Deep down, we know better .

The encouragement I focus on is designed to create a powerful internal shift within the person receiving it — a personal transformation that begins the moment the words are spoken.

A darker night sky feels unfamiliar, and those sounds at dusk? They’re coyotes, not saber-toothed tigers.

Some of the best conversations I’ve ever had happen while walking. When we slow down, we open up. The things Eli shares reminds me that wisdom doesn’t always come with age. Sometimes it comes from stillness, curiosity, and a child’s honest heart.
